Adobo Green Beans (Habichuelas Tiernas con Adobo)
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Recaito
1 tsp red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Adobo
1 lb fresh green beans, topped and tailed
In a large, nonstick pan, heat EVOO on medium heat. Add Recaito and stir. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic, and saute for 5 minutes on LOW, stirring frequently. Add green beans. Sprinkle with Adobo and stir until well mixed. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp.
