GRILLED CHICKEN (POLLO A LA PARRILLA) AND GIVEAWAY NEWS!!!

If you missed my last post, allow me once again to introduce my guest chef...mi esposo, Jorge

 The last two weeks haven't been really good for me and if it wasn't for his help, some nights we would have gone without dinner.  As I've said before, I think he's a grilling/smoker genius!  I also think, BTW, that any man who helps out in the kitchen is a keeper, but I digress....Anyhoo, another one of his hits this past week was this Grilled Chicken (POLLO A LA PARRILLA) recipe.  I may have to pretend to stay sick a little longer......LOL



GRILLED CHICKEN (POLLO A LA PARRILLA)
4 chicken leg quarter pieces
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp ADOBO POLLOCHON MAGA®
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning
1/2 c GOYA® Mojo Criollo

Mix seasonings with Mojo Criollo. Pour over chicken; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Grill over direct heat until meat thermometer reads a MINIMUM of 180 degrees.
