2- 5 oz. cans albacore tuna in water, drained
2 Tbsp flat Italian parsley, minced
1 onion, minced
1 rib celery, minced
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1/4 red bell pepper, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c noodles, boiled and drained
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1 can navy beans, drained
1 tomato, cut into wedges

Toss parsley, onion, celery, peppers, and garlic with 1 Tbsp olive oil.  Add tuna; flake tuna well.  Toss noodles with vegetables and tuna.  Pour lemon juice, lime juice, and hot sauce over mixture; mix well.  Stir in beans; toss with tomatoes.  Serve immediately, unless you want the mixture colder.  Refrigerate one hour and then serve.
