4th of July Grilled Country Style Pork Ribs

Ok, so it's not the 4th of July yet.  I decided to post this today in case you wanted to try this recipe Wednesday for your grill-out.  The 4th was once such a big deal, and I don't know about you, but for us, it isn't anymore.  Some years we go camping, but we're not even doing that this year.  We'll probably just sleep late that day.  Not that there's anything wrong with that, but that can't be what the Founding Fathers had in mind.  Well, I don't know; "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" could be open to interpretation, I guess.  Sleeping does make me happy.  All right already, I'll hush and give you the recipe so you can start grilling.
