Ok, so it's not the 4th of July yet. I decided to post this today in case you wanted to try this recipe Wednesday for your grill-out. The 4th was once such a big deal, and I don't know about you, but for us, it isn't anymore. Some years we go camping, but we're not even doing that this year. We'll probably just sleep late that day. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but that can't be what the Founding Fathers had in mind. Well, I don't know; "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" could be open to interpretation, I guess. Sleeping does make me happy. All right already, I'll hush and give you the recipe so you can start grilling.
1 Tbsp Adobo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 packet Sazon
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs country style pork ribs
1/4 c Great Value Original bbq sauce
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place ribs in glass baking dish; pour marinade over ribs. Cover ribs and let set in refrigerator 2 hours. Grill 1 hour, turning once; baste with bbq sauce. Grill 10 minutes more. Check for doneness; remove from grill.
