Puerto Rican Cajun Smoked Pork Ribs
hickory wood chips for smoker
2-3 lb. pkg pork ribs
1 Tbsp Adobo
1 Tbsp BBQ seasoning
1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp amarillo
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1/2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 C soy sauce

Great Value Original Style Barbecue Sauce
Place ribs in plastic container. Mix Adobo, BBQ seasoning, pepper, amarillo ginger, Cajun seasoning, and soy sauce. Pour marinade over ribs. Cover and marinate in refrigerate for two hours. Place in smoker and cook 5 hours. Brush with barbecue sauce. Smoke one additional hour.
