Thanks so much for the book review Truth is, an effective stress management strategy starts with what we eat. Feeding our bodies the nutrients it needs to be strong and healthy, is one of the best ways to ward off the harmful effects of stress. And eating right is much easier than we think. It requires a little planning and preparation, but the rewards are a healthier, happier, life.
