PORK CHOPS & RICE

PORK CHOPS & RICE

3 pork butt steaks
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced into pepper rings
Adobo, to taste
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c onion, minced
1/4 c green pepper, minced
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Italian flat parsley
Olive Oil cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray bottom of casserole dish with cooking spray.  Put one onion slice in the middle of each pork steak.  Place 2 or 3 pepper rings on each pork steak.  Pour rice over meat and vegetables.  Mix tomatoes, garlic, onion, pepper, cilantro, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over rice.  Cover and bake for one hour. Garnish with parsley.
