TUNA CASSEROLE-GIVEAWAYS(KITCHEN LOVE, BOOKS, PERFUME, iPOD SHUFFLE)

If you are familiar with Fibromyalgia, then you will understand when I tell you it's been an Amethyst week. If you are unfamiliar with this problem, just let me say that I have not been doing any over-the-top cooking or blogging all week. Bad days call for comfort foods. Really bad days call for take-out, but who would read a blog about that? Anyway, yesterday was bad enough for Tuna Casserole. Not that there's anything wrong with Tuna Casserole, but it's not one of those things you brag about making. However, it turned out well, and I decided to share my recipe with you. Hope you're all having a better week at your house!

TUNA CASSEROLE

2 - 5 oz. cans tuna in water, drained
1 c milk
2 c macaroni, cooked and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat tuna, soup, milk, and 2 c cheese until melted and smooth.  Mix with cooked and drained noodles in large casserole dish.  Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Top with additional shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake additional 10 minutes.

Serves 6

SPRING CLEANING BOOK GIVEAWAY
As a book blogger/reviewer, dedicated bibliophile, and just plain serious reader, I have way too many books around here.  Therefore, it is necessary to start clearing some of these bookshelves around here.  For the next few weeks, I will be doing a couple of book giveaways a week.  The giveaways will begin each Saturday and end on Friday midnight of that week.  Unless otherwise noted, these books are my VERY CAREFULLY read review copies.  So, technically, they are used, but you can hardly tell it.  Ask anyone in my family; I'm a nut regarding the way I read books.  I try not to open them too widely,or leave them splayed open, and I never!!! fold pages down.  Yes, I have issues, but it's going to pay off for some of you. : )

I'm very familiar with Fibro. I have it, as does my mom. I know how hard it is. And it must be something with the weather and stuff this week, cause I"m dying. It makes carrying my 6 month old around pretty painful! I'm a new follower, and a fellow Team Mommies member. Have a great day. Soft hugs!

Thank you for your comment. I hate to whine on the blog, but I have seriously had a horrible week. I'm just now catching up on here. Take care of yourself and get plenty of rest. : )
