BATTER-FRIED SHRIMP


BATTER-FRIED SHRIMP

1 lb. shrimp Dash hot pepper sauce
½ C milk ½ C flour
1 egg ½ tsp salt

Rinse and drain shrimp well.  In skillet, heat 1-½ inch oil to 3750F.  In small bowl, beat milk and egg.  Add flour, salt, and hot pepper sauce; beat until smooth.  Dip shrimp in batter, draining excess.  Fry 3-4 minutes.  Drain slightly.
