GARLIC SPAGHETTI



GARLIC SPAGHETTI

1 lb spaghetti ½ C parsley
6 Tbsp butter salt
¼ C olive oil ½ C Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Bring pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until just tender, about 8-10 minutes.  Put butter, oil, and garlic in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until butter is melted and hot.  Remove from heat and stir in parsley.  Drain spaghetti.  Toss with butter mixture and add salt.  Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
