Jamaican Jerk Fish Filets

Jamaican Jerk Fish Filets

1/3 C red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 aji dulce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp whole allspice
1 1/2 Tbsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp Adobo con pimiento
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp white vinegar
Cooking spray
2-4 fish filets (I used catfish filets)

Mix first 11 ingredients in mini food processor.  Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.    Place filets on baking sheet.  Brush one tablespoon on each filet with basting brush.  Broil 8-10 minutes.

Serve with beans and rice.
